Statistical Analysis Plan

Also known as a Reporting Analysis Plan.  Similar to a trial protocol but focusing on the statistical methods and definitions to be used for data analysis. Like a trial protocol any planned or actual changes from the original written SAP should be justified and documented with formal SAP amendments. The amendments should be dated.
